P189: Who am I helping? Who am I hurting? A comprehensive analysis of student performance over four years of POGIL-based general chemistry

POGIL has been implemented in 1 -2 sections of first semester General Chemistry at Wisconsin Lutheran College for six years. For the past four years the same standardized final exam has been used in all sections of first semester General Chemistry. This afforded the opportunity to compare student performance between POGIL and non-POGIL sections as well as comparing POGIL student performance with predicted performance based on student ACT Math scores and HS GPA.
