S67c: Teaching Nanotechnology in the Chemistry Curriculum

Presentations at this symposium will describe the interesting and effective methods that students can use to learn about chemical aspects of nanotechnology. Topics include, but are not limited to: new laboratory experiments, pedagogical research, classroom demonstrations, lecture topics, curriculum development (e.g. new courses, academic programs, etc.), and outreach activities. Presenters teaching students at the K-12, undergraduate (2 and 4 year college) and graduate levels are welcome, as well as those with expertise in professional or workforce development and informal learning.
