Students develop their own understanding of how nature works. These pre-concepts are brought to school and teachers have to reflect on them for better instruction. In addition, there are school-made misconceptions which originate from inappropriate curriculum and instructional materials. This workshop aims to help 6-16 teachers and professors diagnose and cure students’ pre-concepts; 3-hour session.
